(MENAFN) Raysut Cement in Oman is seeking to purchase ARM Cement in Kenya, as it looks to develop its operations overseas.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, the Omani company confirmed that it was keen on acquiring the Kenyan firm.
The move comes in line with the Omani firm's plans to strengthen its status and operations as it targets a major expansion.
Kenya's ARM Cement was announced to have been launched in August of this year.
