The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported this with reference to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.
"On November 19, sleet is expected in southern and central regions of Ukraine. The weather forecasters warn of heavy rainfall and wind gusts 15-20 m / s in southern regions, Crimea and the Azov Sea area," the statement reads.
