(MENAFN) Iraqi President Barham Salih is arranged to pay his first official visit to Iran on Saturday.
According to the Iraqi Presidency, Salih, while in Iran, is predictable to encounter Iranian counterpart Hassan Rouhani.
The visit is supposedly aimed at debating regional matters and means of boosting bilateral relations.
On Sunday, Salih began a regional tour that has so far taken him to Kuwait, Jordan and the United Arab Emirates.
