Somalilandsun- Minority Clans are no longer tolerative of their absence in decision making positions in Somaliland
This was unanimously agreed upon during a two day's meeting hosted by DYDO a local minority rights advocacy organization in Hargeisa where discussions dwelt on the marginalization of their communities as well as an appeal to the international community for support in ensuring that a a quota bill in parliament is approved.
