(MENAFN) Bahrain was announced to have wrapped up its works on Nasser Bin Jabr Al Jabr Avenue Expansion initiative.
The expansion project in Seef District included an extra lane which covers a space of 1.25 km long as it aims to facilitate traffic.
The highway project was confirmed by Bahrain's Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning to have upgraded the rainwater drainage system.
The project also allowed for the renovation of sidewalks for pedestrians as well as modernization of street lighting.
