(MENAFN) Run Jordan was announced to be prepared for the commencement of the 10th edition of Amman Marathon.
Samsung Amman Marathon was confirmed to be scheduled for launch on October 12 this year with the slogan: "Run to The Heart of Amman".
The sporting event is looking to demonstrate the culture of sports and its significance for the development of the society and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
General Manager of Run Jordan Lina El-Kurd stated "this year's event is a culmination of continued success of 10 years of efforts and hardworking."
The general manager added "Amman Marathon provides runners with a close-up view of Amman charming streets, where they enjoy walking and jogging in the streets, finishing the race at the glorious Roman Amphitheater to enjoy a unique experience in all its details."
