Toyota Vietnam to recall vehicles

(MENAFN) The Japanese-invested firm Toyota said that it will be recalling Corolla Altis 2017 vehicles made in Vietnam last year, for having faulty rear shock absorbers.

According to Toyota Vietnam, the fault poses a risk of the absorbers colliding with surrounding items and making noise, and they will be fixed free of charge from now to next March.

Corolla Altis 2017 has five models with price tags of 702-936 million Vietnamese dong in the Vietnamese market.
