Peace panel chief Sherpao Mehsud dies in rocket attack

(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) The extremists fired rocket at the car of pro-government peace committees chief who was en-route to his office killing him and injuring two volunteers.

The chief of a local peace committee Sherpao Mehsud lost his life while two volunteers sustained injuries in a rocket attack by militants in Tank on Tuesday.

The extremists fired rocket at the car of pro-government peace committee’s chief who was en-route to his office killing him and injuring two volunteers.

Police and security forces arrived at the scene and cordoned off the entire area to start investigation but the terrorists made good their escape.
