Effective immediately, PrimewaterView Holdings has appointed five new, highly qualified and experienced independent directors:

Thelma Chineze Osammor, founder and managing general partner of Osammor, Otiono & Co; Mr. Adewale Jones, Managing Partner, Alban Consulting Limited Mr. Eric Babatunde Balogun, Principal consultant at Breft Investment limited Dr. Henrietta Ngozi Onwuegbuzie, Senior Lecturer at Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University Harold Nzekwe, Managing Director at Primewaterview Hodings Limited Tiny Diswai, Chairman of the Board of PrimewaterView Holdings Limited, stated, 'We are very honoured to have these highy competent and proficient colleagues to come on Board to take Primewaterview to greater heights.
