(MENAFN) The GOP is being urged by Rep. Pete King to "dump" Stephen Bannon, former White House chief strategist.
Rep. King posted a tweet early Wednesday insisting "after Alabama disaster GOP must do right thing and DUMP Steve Bannon. His act is tired, inane and morally vacuous. If we are to Make America Great Again for all Americans, Bannon must go! And go NOW!!"
The remarks of King follow the victory of Democrat Doug Jones Tuesday, beating his rival Republican Roy Moore in the Alabama Senate race.
