Al Attiya Motors and Trading Co —the exclusive distributor of Renault Trucks in Qatar — and the local water and wastewater management and solutions' provider, Metito Qatar, have extended their partnership with an order for 10 Renault Trucks K and D range models that will be used for delivering government public services.
The K range, which was launched in Qatar at the end of 2014, sets new standards in robustness and productivity. With capacity to accept a variety of body types, each model can be easily adapted to a wide range of applications and customer demands in the distribution and construction industries.
As a distribution truck, the D range has enhanced its existing reliability and quality, and now features improved ergonomics and design. The order of the new vehicles will increase the total number of Renault Trucks in Metito's fleet to 25, with all models well equipped with mixed waste management applications.
Commenting on the order, Samer Makawwi, Sales Manager, Al Attiya Motors and Trading Co said: 'Al Attiya Motors and Trading Co is a leader in the truck industry in Qatar, featuring in the top three in terms of market share.
