(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) LONDON, May 24 (KUNA) -- The Manchester police department said Wednesday that a woman was arrested in connection with the suicide bomb attack in the city on Monday.
The arrest was made during a raid on a block of flats in Blackley district, north Manchester metropolitan area, this evening. The attack left 22 deaths and 59 injured.
Four other arrests were made, including a one in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, while investigators probe into a possibility of network linked to the attacker, according to a statement by the metropolitan police.
Yesterday, the Greater Manchester Chief Constable Ian Hopkins identified the attacker as Salman Abedi, 22. (pickup previous) mrn.gb
