(MENAFN- Gulf Times) His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani has sent a written message to Rwanda President Paul Kagame, pertaining to bilateral relations and means of boosting them.
The message was handed by Qatar's ambassador to Libya, Sheikh Mohamed bin Nasser al-Thani, during a meeting with Kagame in Kigali on Monday.
