Dr. Claudine Mangen is the author of studies on organizational governance, gender inequalities and the experience of work published in acclaimed academic journals, including Human Relations, the Journal of Accounting and Economics, and the Journal of Accounting Research. Her essays on organizations, gender inequalities, and work experiences have appeared here in The Conversation, for which she received Concordia University's President's Media Outreach Award in 2023. She was awarded the Gender Chair by the Centre National de Recherche Scientifique in France in 2024.

She has secured funding for her research from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada.

She earned her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Rochester, NY, USA and resides in Montreal, Canada.
