Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 8^th May 2026 where Borregaard announced the intent to repurchase up to 300,000 of its outstanding common stock. The repurchase of shares will be conducted in a period from 11^th May up to and including 18^th June 2026 at the latest.

Borregaard has in the period from 11^th May up to and including 20^th May in total purchased 223,000 own shares through broker at an average price of NOK 145.26 per share.
