ACCI Chief Meets Muttaqi, Seeks Resolution Of Traders' Issues

(MENAFN- Pajhwok Afghan News) KABUL (Pajhwok): Director of the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Investment Sayed Karim Hashimi has met Foreign Minister Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi.

The two sides discussed key challenges and demands of traders and investors, the chamber wrote on its Facebook page.

Hashimi urged the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) to enhance cooperation in removing existing obstacles and facilitating business activities for Afghan traders abroad.

He also emphasised the need to strengthen and expand economic ties with regional and international partners.

For his part, Muttaqi expressed readiness to cooperate with the private sector and pledged that the ministry, in coordination with relevant institutions, would make efforts to address traders' problems abroad and improve the country's business environment.
