Salik Collaborates With Schneider Electric And Vcharge To Power Next-Generation EV Charging Network

Under the terms of the understanding, Schneider Electric will supply advanced EV chargers through its channel partner Vcharge to deliver a seamless user experience. The chargers will be integrated with Salik's E-Wallet platform, allowing drivers to be charged directly through their existing Salik accounts, boosting convenience for electric vehicles and enhancing convenient charging across UAE. Customers can directly plug in the chargers and start the charging session without downloading apps, using charging cards or interacting with charging stations. Vcharge, Schneider Electric's appointed channel partner in the UAE, will oversee the deployment and operation of the EV charging systems at 1800+ charging points throughout the UAE. This includes installation, software integration, and ongoing maintenance to ensure high uptime and improved energy efficiency. The rollout will expand to cover Salik's network, reinforcing the UAE's position as a regional leader in accelerating sustainable, future-proof transport infrastructure.
