Parachinar Man Dies In Peshawar Hotel After Months Of Struggling To Return Home

(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) After working in Australia for 13 years, 55-year-old Noor Nabi returned to Pakistan, longing to reunite with his children in Parachinar. However, despite months of relentless efforts, he was unable to reach home due to road closures. Tragically, he passed away in a Peshawar hotel, carrying with him the unfulfilled wish of seeing his family again.

According to his family, Noor Nabi tried every possible means to return to Parachinar, including seeking travel via helicopters and government convoys, but was unsuccessful. The prolonged uncertainty and distress took a toll on his health, and he suffered a fatal heart attack while staying in a private hotel in Peshawar. He leaves behind a grieving widow, two daughters, and a son.

Local social activist Jamil Hussain and Chairman Syed Asghar have called on the government to investigate the alleged misuse of helicopter services. They criticized how these services have become exclusive to influential individuals rather than serving the general public.“The government must ensure that this public welfare initiative is accessible to those who truly need it so that no traveler faces such helplessness in the future,” they urged.
