Glow-Ups Are Trending Amongst Single Parents, New Survey Finds
DALLAS, March 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Two-thirds of single parents experienced a post-breakup "glow-up" - a term fueled by pop culture and social media (#GlowUp has over 10 billion views on TikTok). According to new research commissioned by Stir , the #1 dating app for single parents, 77% of respondents attribute their "glow-up" to an improved relationship with themselves–– boosting their self confidence and helping 49% feel more dateable than ever. Managing the demands of parenting and personal challenges can make a glow-up feel especially difficult to achieve, yet it's precisely these struggles that lead to a deeper, more impactful transformation for single parents and lead 82% to feel like their best days are still ahead of them.
