Kuwaiti-Brazilian Relations Are Economic Partnership Of Strategic Facets - KCCI

KUWAIT, Feb 3 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti-Brazilian relations are not merely of economic partnership, but extend to include comprehensive strategic facets, said the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and industry (KCCI) on Monday.
Kuwait contributed to energy security in Brazil with its oil exports, while Brazil played a focal role in nutritional needs, read a press release by the Chamber.
This was on occasion of a Brazilian delegation visit, led by Secretary General of the Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce Mohammad Murad, and attendance of Brazilian Ambassador to the country, Rodrigo Gabsch, in addition to businesspeople.
The joint efforts allow for exploring avenues for investments, and reflect commitment of both sides to enhancing relations, it added.
The statement noted that the attendance of experts in variety of fields including aviation, agriculture, renewable energy and heavy industries, adds a new dimension to the partnership, and contributes to Kuwait's path toward its 2035 vision.
KCCI underscored keenness of Kuwaiti private sectors on engaging in international partnerships, expanding horizons of growth and development, as well as underlining the Chamber's commitment to providing all support to ensuring success, and facilitate cooperation between Kuwaiti and Brazilian enterprises.
As for Murad, he pointed to the extensive potential for cooperation, whether in oil sector or other products.
Chief of the International Offices at the Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce Rafeal Solimeo gave a presentation on the Chamber's work and services. (end)
