Photon Energy Signs Asset Management Agreement for 101 MWp EDPR PV Power plants in Hungary

Amsterdam/Budapest 3 February 2025 – Photon Energy N.V. (WSE: PEN,“Photon Energy Group”, the“Group” or the“Company”) announces that its Hungarian subsidiary Photon Energy Operations HU Kft has signed an asset management agreement for two PV power plants with a combined capacity of 101 MWp owned by EDP Renováveis (en“EDP Renewables”,“EDPR”) in Hungary.

Under a long-term agreement, Photon Energy will provide a full scope of asset management services, including the technical, commercial and financial management of the PV power plants to ensure optimal performance on behalf of EDPR.

Photon Energy will also support EDPR in the takeover of an additional asset in the future, which is currently under construction. Once this PV power plant will be operational, Photon Energy will equally deliver a full scope of asset management services.
