One Killed, Two Injured As Russians Hit Hlushkivka In Kharkiv Region With Glide Bomb


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Russian forces attacked Hlushkivka, Kharkiv region, with a guided aerial bomb in the early hours of Thursday, July 18, killing a woman and injuring two men.

Kherson regional governor Oleh Syniehubov announced this on facebook , Ukrinform reports.

According to preliminary reports, the Russian army hit the village of Hlushkivka, Kupiansk district, with a guided aerial bomb at around 02:30.

A private house was on fire. At least four homes were damaged. A 60-year-old woman was killed and two men aged 69 and 80 were injured, Syniehubov said.

On July 17, in the village of Petropavlivka, Kupiansk district, a woman was injured after explosives were dropped from a drone.

Russian troops attacked Kupiansk with an FPV drone, damaging a car. In addition, artillery shelling damaged a Renault Duster police car.

According to Syniehubov, in the Kharkiv sector, Ukrainian forces repelled 16 enemy attacks, including 11 near Hlyboke and the rest in the Vovchansk area.

In the Kupiansk sector, Ukrainian units repelled ten attacks by the Russian army near Pishchane, Berestove, Andriivka, and Synkivka.
