Ramtha, July 15 (Petra) -- Eighteen impoverished families in Ramtha District in Irbid Governorate received new houses as part of the royal initiative for housing underprivileged families, which were built upon his majesty King Abdullah's directives.
The initiative, which was launched in 2005 and covers all of the Kingdom's governorates, aims to provide a decent life for the most needy, who are selected according to Ministry of Social Development criteria based on the number of family members, level of income and health condition.
