Take Trip Integrates Salamair's API With Its Web Platform


(MENAFN- Bangladesh Monitor) Dhaka: Take Trip Limited has integrated the API of SalamAir with its web platform. A launch ceremony of the API was held at SalamAir's head office in the capital on June 20.

The move marks the first direct API integration of SalamAir with any OTA platform in Bangladesh. The API access will allow the customers of Take Trip Limited to avail special fares of SalamAir conveniently via the Take Trip platform, offering them to have a seamless booking and ticketing experience.

Speaking on the occasion, Ariful Islam Rajan, Country Manager-Bangladesh, SalamAir said, "We are excited to have Take Trip as our first partner to board our API. We firmly believe our partnership will be beneficial to all customers."

Low-cost carrier Salam Air operates 14 flights a week between Muscat and Bangladesh, with daily flights between Muscat and Dhaka as well as Chattogram. The airline also connects passengers to over 40 onward destinations in its network.

Take Trip, a concern of US-Bangla Group, is a growing online travel agency, which focuses on the B2B travel market. With over 3,000 partners, Take Trip has become a key partner for all airlines operating in Bangladesh.
