Pakistan International School Qatar Bags Top Positions In Grade 9 Exam

Doha, Qatar: Pakistan International School Qatar (PISQ) produced commendable result in SSC-I (grade 9) examination of Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE).

It is important to note that FBISE is switching from absolute marks to the letter grade system comprising of 'A++' as the highest and 'U' as the lowest grade. The grading system will be implemented completely for CCS I & II and HSSC level in annual examination 2025, and the results will display only the letter grades, GPA, and cumulative grade point average (CGPA).

Currently, the school has achieved a total of 4 'A+' and 17 'A' grades. The number of students with B++, B+, and B Grades is 21, 22, and 22 respectively.

The first three position holders among the other FBISE schools in Qatar are Abdur Rehman Javaid, 1st position, (485/550 Marks), 4.7 GPA, Grade A+; Dua Amir, 2nd position, (482/550 Marks), 4.7 GPA, Grade A+; and Abdul Rafay Noor Tahir, 3rd position, (477/550 Marks) 4.7 GPA, Grade A+.

The string of other 'A+' and 'A' graders is as under: Muhammad Abbas, 4.7 GPA (Grade A+), Umar Shair, 4.3 GPA (Grade A), Luqman, 4.3 GPA (Grade A), Laiba Hina, 4.3 GPA (Grade A), Fatima Imran, 4.3 GPA (Grade A), Muskan Shaban, 4.3 GPA (Grade A), Alishba Adnan, 4.3 GPA (Grade A), Muhammad Affan Asim, 4.3 GPA (Grade A), Tasmiah Ali, 4.3 GPA (Grade A), Muhammad Mansoor, 4.3 GPA (Grade A), Aisha, 4.3 GPA (Grade A), Syeda Mariam Rizwan Gillani, 4.3 GPA (Grade A), Abdullah Mansoor, 4.3 GPA (Grade A), Muhammad Usman Bilal, 4.3 GPA (Grade A), Shayan Ahmed Khan, 4.3 GPA (Grade A), Jassim Khokhar, 4.3 GPA (Grade A), Abdul Basit, 4.3 GPA (Grade A), and Sidrah Tariq, 4.3 GPA (Grade A).

Ambassador of Pakistan to the State of Qatar, H E Muhemmed Aejaz also wished more academic success to the students and applauded the teachers and parents for their valuable presence as knowledge beacons and domestic support to help students win laurels.
