Army troops find Kids lost in amazon jungle for 40 days

(MENAFN) Four children who went lost after an airplane smash over the Amazon jungle in May have been found alive, in line with representatives in Colombia. With the youngest aged just 12 months old, the kids suffered the elements for almost six weeks.
The Colombian army declared the news in a post on twitter on Friday night, uploading photos displaying the kids with armies as well as rescue personnel.
“The union of efforts made this joy possible for Colombia. Glory to the soldiers of the [Colombian Military Forces, to the indigenous communities and institutions that were part of Operation Hope,” it declared, denoting to the search task.
Colombian Leader Gustavo Petro rejoiced the saving in his own social media post, also labeling it a “joy for the whole country.” While the kids’ state was not directly evident, he informed journalists that they were “weak” when discovered and are currently getting medical care.
