(MENAFN- Gulf Times) The Peace and Security Council (PSC) of the African Union held a meeting Saturday night to discuss the Sudanese crisis.
During the meeting, the African Union Commission (AUC) Chairperson Moussa Faki presented a report on the African Union's vision for resolving the Sudanese crisis.
The vision includes a comprehensive ceasefire, the protection of civilians, the delivery of humanitarian aid, and the resumption of a comprehensive dialogue that includes all Sudanese.
Faki said that the PSC calls for the participation of civilians in the ceasefire negotiations in Sudan.
