(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Russian troops have launched artillery strikes on the Donetsk region's Chasiv Yar and Toretsk. Casualties among civilians were reported. The relevant statement was made by Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak on telegram , an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Russians shelled Chasiv Yar and Toretsk with artillery. In the city of Chasiv Yar, a civilian man was killed. In Toretsk, [Russian] terrorists killed a woman,” Yermak wrote.
A reminder that, on March 24, 2023, the Donetsk region's law enforcement officers documented the effects of 22 Russian attacks. Nine settlements came under enemy fire. Civilians were reported killed and injured, and 18 civilian objects were damaged or destroyed.
