France Welcomes Kosovo-Serbia Normalization Decision

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) PARIS, Feb 28 (KUNA) -- France on Tuesday welcomed the Kosovo-Serbia normalization decision, describing it as a brave move.
France welcomes the brave decision by both countries, said the French Foreign Ministry, expecting Serbia and Kosovo to be involved without holding back and not compromising the agreement in order to stabilize the western Balkans.
They also stressed, all agreements concluded under the facilitation of the EU 'should be implemented without delay' including the provisions needed by the Community of Serb municipalities association.
France is currently in a state of alert in supporting the EU in achieving progress to normalize relations between Kosovo and the Serbs.
In Brussels on Monday, a proposition was offered during a meet between Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Vjosa Osmani President of Kosovo, under EU's facilitations represented by the High representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borell, which concluded with a clear-cut settlement aimed to naturalize relations.
