central part of Türkiye. This was reported by the
European-Mediterranean Seismological Center, trend reports citing
Turkish media.
According to it, the epicenter of the tremors was located 26 km
from the city of Gaziantep (population about 1.065 million people).
The source lay at a depth of 7 km.
