Emergency Workers Clearing Rubble After Russian Missile Hit Residential Building In Kramatorsk


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) In Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, 183 people and 18 pieces of equipment are involved in a rescue operation at the site of a residential building destroyed by Russia's shelling.

The press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

On February 1, as a result of Russia's missile attack on Kramatorsk, the section from the fourth to the first floors of a four-story apartment building was destroyed. Cars parked nearby caught fire.

As of 07:00, units of the State Emergency Service retrieved the bodies of three dead people from under the rubble. Two residents were rescued. A total of 18 people were injured (eight of them were hospitalized).

As reported by Ukrinform, the enemy struck Kramatorsk at 21:45. The number of people killed after a Russian missile hit a residential building grew to three. A total of 20 people were injured. A search and rescue operation is ongoing.
