Kuwaiti Society Refurbishes School In Yemen

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) ADEN, Oct 27 (KUNA) -- A secondary school renovated and furnished by the Kuwait Relief Society was inaugurated Thursday in the Yemeni Governorate of Taiz.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, local official Yahya Ismail expressed gratitude for Kuwait's humanitarian and developmental support to Yemen, particularly in the health and education sectors.
The Kuwaiti society renovated, equipped and furnished eight other schools in five Yemeni governorates last August ahead of the new academic year. (end)
