Julia Leaves At Least Four Dead, Threat Of Landslides Remains

Julia downgraded to a tropical storm after making landfall on Sunday in Nicaragua as a category 1 hurricane, has left at least four people dead in Central America, from landslides and floods due to the direct or indirect effect of the storm.
