UK's Boris Johnson accuses Russia of making British People lives difficult

(MENAFN) Current British premier Boris Johnson on Sunday accused the UK’s increasing cost of living catastrophe on Russian Leader Vladimir Putin and his present attack on Ukraine.

In a guest op-ed for Sunday’s Daily Mail, Johnson stated that the Russian leader saw delight in knowing that the expenses of many British citizens were going to get hard.

"It was Putin's invasion of Ukraine (this February) that spooked the energy markets. It is Putin's war that is costing British consumers,” according to Johnson, who is shortly to be swapped as the Conventional Party’s premier following a series of scandals.

He also stated that "That is why your energy bill is doubling. I am afraid Putin knows it. He likes it. And he wants us to buckle.”

Johnson went further on, Putin considers that as winter looms, European politicians are going to ease their stance towards the Russian leader, soften restrictions around the conflict, "and go begging for Russian oil and gas.”
