Doha: Deputy Amir and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Qatar University H H Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani chaired the third meeting of the Board of Trustees for the academic year 2021-2022, which was held at the Amiri Diwan this morning.
At the beginning of the meeting, the board reviewed the achievements of its decisions and recommendations at the first meeting of the academic year 2021/2022, then discussed the topics on its agenda, and took the appropriate decisions on them, including the approval of the proposal to amend the academic year 2022-2023 calendar.
The council also approved the establishment of a sub-specialization program in Taxation at the College of Administration and Economics, in addition to approving the establishment of a sub-specialization program in Aeronautical Engineering at the College of Engineering.
