Azerbaijan Introduces New Digital Media Analysis Platform

Azerbaijan's media Development Agency has presented a national digital media analysis platform - Metrix.az project, local news sources have reported.
Media Development Agency Executive Director Ahmad Ismayilov stressed the importance of the media analysis platform in creating additional advertising opportunities for online media entities as a continuation of reforms in various areas.
He said that the ranking of websites through the national meter will form a reliable database for business structures.
Fakhri Eminov, an expert on online media and digital marketing at the Media Development Agency, made a presentation on the media analysis platform - Metrix.az project.
It should be noted that the Metrix analysis platform contains the most read news, current trends and various other statistics in the country through more than 50 local information websites and surveys.
The Media Development Agency was set up in January 2021 under President Ilham Aliyev's decree to support the development of the media in Azerbaijan, continue institutional building work in this area, and stimulate the introduction of new information and communication technologies and innovations.
