(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Riyadh, December 04, 2021, SPA -- A delegation including representatives of the Asian Handball Federation in the Eastern Region concluded today an inspection tour to determine the readiness of the facilities and gyms in preparation for hosting the 20th edition of the Asian Men's Handball Championship for teams qualifying for the 2023 World Men's Handball Championship, to be held in the Eastern Region from 31-18 January, with the participation of 17 teams.
The tour included a visit to the sports halls in Dammam, where most of the matches of the tournament will be hosted, in addition to the various gymnasiums in Al-Nahda and Al-Ittifaq Clubs, in addition to the hotels where the participating delegations will be staying, after meeting all the criteria and protocols of the Continental Federation.
