Energy firms Energoatom, Framatome consider bilateral collaboration


(MENAFN) Ukrainian National Nuclear Energy Generating Company Energoatom and the French firm Framatome have led an assembly presenting a part of the World Nuclear Exhibition (WNE) at the present year, in which they talked about potential for collaboration in the sector of nuclear power and hydrogen manufacture, reported media informers of Energoatom.

On Tuesday, Nov. 30 Acting President of Energoatom Petro Kotin encountered Senior Executive Vice President of Framatome Frederic Lelievre during their participation in the World Nuclear Exhibition 2021, as the statement included.

Energoatom noted, “Both parties emphasized the importance of the French-Ukrainian partnership in the field of nuclear energy and discussed current cooperation and prospects for its expansion in other areas, including hydrogen production at Ukrainian nuclear power plants.”
