Turkey, Bangladesh plan to enhance military collaboration


(MENAFN) On Wednesday, Nov. 24 Turkish spokesperson stated, Turkey is excited to offer extra military devices for sale to Bangladesh with no political terms and depending on its necessities.

Mustafa Osman Turan said, while participating in a questions and answers meeting along with Bangladesh’s political journalists at the Turkish Embassy in Dhaka’s capital, “[In military cooperation] Turkey always offers joint ventures or technology transfer and it is equally applicable for Bangladesh.”

The spokesperson allegedly said Turkey is currently capable of creating approximately every kind of military hardware in his note, “In the last 10 to 15 years we have been able to supply nearly 75% of our military equipment from our internal defense industries.”
