OIC Condemns Foiled Houthi Attempt to Target Saudi Commercial Ship in the Southern Red Sea


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Jeddah, July 30, 2021, SPA -- The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr. Yusuf bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen strongly condemned here today a foiled Houthi militia's attempt to attack Saudi commercial ship with a bomb-laden drone in the Southern Red Sea.
He stressed, in a statement issued here today, that such subversive, terrorist and criminal acts are threatening the maritime navigation as well as the world trade, hailing the concerted efforts being exerted by the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen, resulting in securing the free navigation and the safety of ships crossing Bab Al-Mandab strait.
