Morocco: More than 7 mln people completely immunized against coronavirus


(MENAFN) The Moroccan Ministry of health stated in a report that on Friday, Jun. 11 the number of people completely immunized against coronavirus hit 7,047,704 in Morocco.

The report further said that thus far, a number of 9,362,000 first shots of coronavirus vaccines have been distributed in Morocco.

Morocco carried out a national immunization drive on January 28 after the arrival of the first shipment of Chinese Sinopharm vaccines.

The report stated that the country’s coronavirus tally increased to 523,165 as 400 fresh infections were recorded during the last 24 hours, and the number of recuperations soared by 324 to 510,623.
