Riyadh, February 23, 2021, SPA -- The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) foretasted the weather for today in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as thunderstorms, accompanied by active surface winds on the regions of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, Qassim, Hail , Eastern , Northern Borders, Al-Jouf and some parts of Tabuk region, while active surface dusty winds on some parts of central, northern and southern regions and the fog is forecasted during the night and early morning on south-western heights.
In its report, the NCM stated that the surface wind movement in the Red Sea is northwesterly to westerly on northern and central parts at a speed of 15-40 km/h and southwesterly to westerly at speed 15-38km/h, while the surface wind movement in the Arabian Gulf is northwesterly to northerly at speed of 15-38 km/h.
