CAIRO, Jan 30 (KUNA) -- The Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population announced on Saturday recording 547 new novel coronavirus (Covid-19) infections and 46 related deaths.
The figures took the country's tally to 165,418 infections and 9,263 deaths, the ministry's spokesman Dr. Khaled Mujahed noted in a press release.
Up to 493 patients have been discharged from hospitals, bringing the overall recoveries to 129,293, he added. (end)
