KSrelief's Masam Project Dismantles 1,446 Mines in Yemen During 3rd Week of January


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Riyadh, January 24, 2021, SPA -- King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Project (Masam) for clearing mines in Yemen, dismantled, during the third week of January 2021, a total of 1,446 mines, including 9 anti-personnel mines, 177 anti-tank mines, 1,258 unexploded munitions and 2 explosive devices.
Since the beginning of the project, as many as 213,018 mines, which were planted by the Houthi militia throughout Yemen resulting in many deaths and serious injuries, have been dismantled.
