Blast in northern Gaza house injures 15


(MENAFN) Palestinian medics and security officials stated that on Saturday, Jan. 23 a blast in a house in the northern Gaza Strip injured at least 15 Palestinians.

A blast in a house shook the town of Beit Hanoun in the northern Gaza Strip, stated the security sources. The reason is not instantly identified.

At least 15 civilians were wounded, stated medics further saying that the wounded ones were sent to hospital for treatment.

The blast led to cruel demolition to the house and the other adjacent houses in the town, said Eyad al-Bozzom, the Hamas-run Ministry of Interior spokesperson, in a press statement.
