Afghanistan- ANP Neutralize Bomb in Ghazni, Seizes Urvan Loaded with Explosives
(MENAFN- Khaama Press) GHAZNI, Afghanistan – Afghan National Police discovered and neutralized three roadside bombs, after hours of efforts and 'point to point search operations' in Ghazni City of Ghazni province, the Ministry of Interior said in a statement.
According to the statement, local Police discovered at least two barrels, embedded with explosives, by 'terrorists to target civilians' in Police District 6 of the provincial capital.
Security officials prevented the possible blast, avoiding potential loss.
'ANP bomb disposal unit discovered & neutralized three roadside bombs after several hours of efforts & point to point search operations in Ghazni City of Ghazni province & Mazar-e-Sharif City of Balkh,' MoI said in a tweet Tuesday.

Meanwhile, in another news, security officials in Kapisa province seized an Urvan vehicle fully loaded with explosives and ammunition, including grenades and several mortar shells.
