BRI grants LatAm collaboration spaces with China
(MENAFN) Head of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) Luis Alberto Moreno affirmed that Latin America enjoys a lot of space for cooperation" with China within the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).
Speaking to Xinhua, the IDB president stressed "certainly the more infrastructural projects are out there in Latin America, I think there are more and more possibilities for Chinese companies to participate."
Firms in China, the chief noted, are joining massive initiatives within the Latin American region, including the transit system in Bogota.
Moreno added "everywhere in Latin America you find very active presence of Chinese companies around infrastructure."
