(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) AHVAZ, April 18 (KUNA) -- A delegation of Kuwait Red Crescent Society (KRCS) on Thursday began distributing aid to those affected by recent floods in Ahvaz, Khuzestan province.
The delegation, accompanied by Charge d'affaires of the Embassy of Kuwait in Tehran Falah Al-Hajraf, visited a number of Kuwaiti aid stores and displaced camps as a result of floods that swept through large areas of Iran.
The delegation distributed aid to the residents of some camps who expressed thanks and appreciation to Kuwait. (end) mw.ss
