(MENAFN) King Abdullah II of Jordan received during the World Economic Forum on the Middle East and North Africa 2019 an invitation to visit Armenia.
Armenian President Armen Sarkissian delivered the invitation, hailing the strong relations between the two countries while highlighting the Armenian church constructed on the banks of the Jordan River.
King Abdullah voiced his respect for Armenian citizens while confirming that both Jordan and Armenia built a close partnership.
He further underlined the significance of the part the Armenian community plays in Jordan and for its people.
