CAIRO, 4th December, 2018 (WAM) -- Lt. General Hamad Mohammed Thani Al Rumaithi, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces and his delegation visited the first international exhibition EDEX 2018 (Egypt Defence Expo) in Cairo.
Al Rumaithi toured a number of pavilions of companies participating in the exhibition and met with numerous representatives of countries and exhibitors. He held discussions about their exhibits and was briefed about the latest systems and innovations in the defence industries currently on display at the exhibition.
Lt. General Al Rumaithi also toured the UAE national pavilion in which 17 specialised national companies in the defence industry and related technologies are participating.
